Hastings and Prince Edward School Board - The Hastings and Prince Edward District School Board serves approximately 18,000 students each day at 46 elementary and 8 secondary schools. Supporting student achievement is the goal of close to 1,800 teaching and support staff who, in addition to the contributions of caring volunteers and community partners, share their passion for eaching and learning.
The district covers a wide geographical area of 7,221 square kilometers bordered by Maynooth to the north, Deseronto to the east, Prince Edward County to the south and Quinte West to the west.

Our periodical is distributed free of charge to all School Councils and School Boards in Ontario and is also available by subscription.
People For Education - Group of parent volunteers from the public and separate school systems who are working together to preserve fully publicly-funded education.
Parent Education Network (PEN) - The Parent Education Network is a provincial resource for parents to help them build strong, loving, nurturing families. Created by parents for parents, PEN is committed to helping parents develop the communication tools and knowledge needed to meet the difficult challenges of parenting, raising and teaching children.
Parents Helping Parents - Parents Helping Parents is an international family resource centre that works for the benefit of children with special needs. This includes children of all ages and backgrounds who have a need for special services due to illness, accidents, birth defects, allergies, premature birth, learning disabilities, family stress or hyperactivity. PHP’s mission is to help children with special needs receive the love, hope, respect, health care, education, and other resources they need to reach their full potential by providing them with strong families, dedicated professionals, and responsive systems to serve them.
